The Herb Boutique Lemon Coconut Body Polish Review |
This entire March, I had no travel plans. So, as I was in Kolkata, I tried to make the most of it. I used as many bath products as frequently as possible. Scrubs were on top of the list because that winter tan has to go! 😕
The Herb Boutique is a brand which creates bath and body products with unique blends and natural ingredients. You can see my entire haul here.
The Herb Boutique Pleasant Coco-Lemon is a powdered sugar scrub in coconut oil and almond oil with lemon essential oil, Vitamin E, and lemon zest.

Innisfree Water Fit Cushion Foundation Review |
I am not the person who owns many foundations. You buy the right one - exact shade and correct formula. And that is all!
I can never bring myself to buy multiples whereas I can gladly have many lipsticks that look almost the same on lips.
So, getting a new foundation is totally out of the question as I love the one I have - The Body Shop Fresh Nude.
But, then I saw The Face Shop Cushion foundation at Bali. I had never seen something like before. I had to purchase those, but there was nothing to match my shade. So, I made a point to buy one in future. Months later when I was denied entry to the Mumbai Airport to because I reached early (was coming from another town!), I went to a mall where I saw these. You must have seen the huge haul I did that day from Innisfree.

Kama Ayurveda Summer Skincare Haul |
Do you remember the last time I talked about a Kama Ayurveda product? Well, I do not even want to look back and check. Another visit to the store was due for long. My Good Earth rose water is currently at an alarmingly low amount. I do not see any trip to Delhi soon so, thought of picking the Kama Ayurveda Rose Water.
Guess what? I shopped five things and rose water isn't one of them 🙊
Boom!!! - The actual sounds of the blast that happened in my mind when I saw the price of the new matte lip liquid from The Body Shop. When I got to know that they are finally here, I jumped to their website to check the price. Rs 695 it said. Cannot to be. Even Colorbar sells matte lip colors at Rs 900. Did they skip a 1 in front of that 6? Am I hallucinating?
NO. They are seriously priced at Rs 695. Also, they are bigger than the usual sizes. For example, Colorbar is 6.5ml, but these are 8ml!
So, here are the swatches of all 12 The Body Shop Matte Lip Liquid for you.

Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip Review India |
How important is first impression? While it does matter to me personally. Now, over the years I have learned about second changes and bless my heart that I do.
When I first used these ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip colors, I started to wonder how come anyone like them? They crumble, they fall, and as long as they stick to my lips, I am unable to move my lips properly.
Recently, I found that I was using more than needed. #Facepalm
These are like highly pigmented lip paints. You only need a thin coat and after they set, you can drink, eat, and if needed fight a war. You might win or lose the war but the lip color won't leave you. 😊 Two of the colors are too bright but, one of them has become my everyday favorite. I love it so much that yesterday evening I had a panic attack when I could not find it. I had to recollect all I did the previous day to hunt the lip color. FYI found it in one handbag that I didn't even take out with me!
Price: $ 6
Availability: Till last year, it was a challenge to get hold of them. I asked my friend to get these from the USA ( Read USA Haul). But, they have now started shipping to India. Yeah! Free shipping is at $50.
Remember my Auravedic Haul? I have already reviewed two of their products - Auravedic Ubtan and Face Polish. I also picked a face mask from the brand which is Auravedic Anti-Blemish Face Mask which is a Kaolin based face mask loaded with ani-acne ingredients like Neem, Turmeric, Amla, and Tulsi.
Price: Rs 200 for 50gm

Auravedic Ritual Cleansing Ubtan Dry Mask Sandal Saffron Turmeric Review |
Many times I wonder if I would be even go back to those early teenage time when there was no concept of face wash in my life and I religiously used ubtan to cleanse my face (and body!). I used a humble mix of sandalwood powder, Bengal gram flour, and turmeric. I tried that again when I was in senior years of my engineering but stopped that later when I started working. I do go back to them but stop. When I discovered Kama Ayurveda Mridul, I thought that maybe those days are back but laziness dragged me back to face washes.
Recently, I discovered this inexpensive ubtan from Auravedic that has become part of my morning routine. It is loaded with natural ingredients and being a dry powdered mask, free of parabens and chemicals!
Price: Rs 150 for 50g
A few weeks back, I introduced you this brand which retails natural products at a very affordable range – Auravedic. I have been using their products. The product that I wanted to review first was the Kumkumadi Oil (which is for just Rs 250 for 100ml!), but I still have to use it for few more days. So, let’s start with another product which intrigued me – scrub with Amla and tamarind.
I got to know about tamarind as a skin ingredient when I used the Sensatia Botanicals Face Wash (love it!). The boost for Vitamin C helps my skin to regain its glow.
