I thought doing this post when I reviewed Lush Sweet Lips more than a year back. Then again when I had to do a DIY for Cosmopolitan India. Mannnn I am lazyyyyyy...
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar Powder. You can use the ones you get in coffee shops.
- Sweet Almond Oil. Its helpful in removing pigmentation. Do not use Bajaj Almond oil. Use pure sweet almond oil like Roghan Badam Shirin.
- Honey. Best for skin.
You see - its edible!
Here is a more step by step detailed picture.
Its easy to made, effective and lazy people like me can keep it in refrigerator to use later. As you can see, I haven't even used the entire sugar of the packet and still the amount made here is sufficient to be used twice.
Lush Sweet Lips Dupe?
I mentioned 'LIKE' because it does not have honey. In place of almond oil they use jojoba oil but sweet almond oil is easily available and both are almost same in action. They use chocolate and vanilla, and another flavour which is not mentioned.
LUSH Sweet Lips Ingredients are Castor Sugar, Organic Jojoba Oil, Vanilla Extract, Cocoa Absolute, Tagetes Oil, Flavour. And this is sold for 600 INR for 25 gms!!
Variations
If you fancy then you can add vanilla extract or cinnamon powder or coffee or chocolate for a yummier smell. Another thing you will like to add if you like mint is Cholomint powder! Ab dubara maat poochhna kyun? Just crush a candy into it.
You have liked my lips even ONCE then please try it. You will forget about any other lipscrubs.
