Innisfree Hand Cream || Peach and Hydrangea
I love to use body oils but there is one small problem. The body oils hardly come in travel-friendly bottles. So, I end up using creams and body butter. But, last month I tried something else for my body – Hand Creams 😄
Price: Rs 300 for 30ml. I got these two free when I purchased Innisfree Cushion Foundation. So, I didn’t exactly pick them. I choose them because didn’t wish to offend the God of Free Things
Available at Innisfree Stores. Recently, they have started retailing on online websites. Finally, Korean Skincare brands are easily accessible.
Packaging: They have changed it. The plastic tube remains the same but the print designs have changed. While the earlier ones were more fun and eye-catching, these are chic and polished. The cap has also changed. earlier there was just a screw-in cap. The new packaging has screw-in and flip top. Also, the cap has rounded smooth edge, unlike the earlier hex one. Though the flip-top will make it easier to use, I found that most of them at the store were broken so, I am scared of using the flip-top.
Usage: I use a pea size amount which is more than enough for my hands and wrists.
Texture: Light, non-watery, non-greasy, easy to spread and easy to absorb. You can start using your phone right away.
Fragrance: I also picked two of my favorites last time – Rose and Gardenia. This time it was difficult to pick two. While Hydrangea was in the pack of my mind, I had to search another. They have a huge range and it tough to choose.
|Innisfree Hydrangea Hand Cream Review|
Innisfree Hydrangea Hand Cream has a light floral fragrance which is neither powdery nor overpowering. I picked it because someone suggested me this one but I can recall who. Whoever it was, I am thankful. Also, the blue flowers look dainty. No?
|Innisfree Peach Hand Cream Review|
Innisfree Peach Hand Cream is probably the closest you will ever come to the fragrance of fresh peaches. I always felt that The Body Shop did a great job with the Vineyard Peach but Innisfree took the medal here. Light, fresh, and fruity.
Overall: I am happy with the moisturizing ability of Innisfree Hand Creams. They are light, smell nice, and still moisturize well. They worked even during dry winter when I was not even using any body oils. That is something that impressed me. I will definitely not skip body oils for this. But, I am happy that I have found a pretty alternative when I am traveling. The small tubes are not only travel-friendly but also cute.
