If you have read some of my recent posts, then you might have been aware that I was suffering from acute hair loss. I have never faced something like this in my life. I could see my hair falling everywhere. When I would get up from a seat and even on pillows, I could see a lot of my hair. It was heart-breaking. Initially, I was trying to ignore it, and I even stopped combing my hair. For curvy-wavy hair, it is tough to know if hair is combed or not. I used to ask my Mom to comb my hair. At the beginning of August, I could not take it anymore and had to visit a doctor.

The Body Shop English Dawn Gardenia Eau De Toilette and Shower Gel Review
Last weekend, I went to Surat, and my very first stop was The Body Shop. The moment I entered the store, the bright baby blue perfume bottle caught my attention. I am not a big fan of The Body Shop perfumes, but I could not resist. English Dawn Gardenia is a limited edition range so, I could not say no and regret later. To layer up the fragrance, I also picked the shower gel. They had the lotion and the body mist as well in the range. The body butter is not launched in India.

How much I love this month's My Envy Box? Oh...let me tell you this. Around ten days back everyone started receiving the box, and I could not get over the idea of how pretty it looked. It reached my home (Kolkata), and I had to pester my mom to sent to my hotel address here in Vapi. (She also sent me something else - an electronic device - but I will share more on that later.)
Finally, after travelling all the way - from east to west - and I got to opened it yesterday. Ahh, the box is beyond cute. I always appreciate when they work on it. In the last few months, the graphics were just not making the cut, but this is great. All it is missing is a little handle, and you can call your suitcase where you keep your happy memories to take you to a magical land. Too cheesy? I guessed so. But, you have to agree that the stamps are also very thoughtful.

Utama Spice Temu-Temu Face Mask and Balinese Boreh Body Scrub Review
You might have seen the Utama Spice products in my Bali haul post. I tried to choose products with natural ingredients which are local to Indonesia. Utama Spice is one brand which attracted me. They use Balinese traditional herbs and medicines in their products, and I was in for it. The store is located in Ubud near the famous Monkey Forest. But, I spotted the brand even at the Guardian Stores and also at the airport.
I wanted to choose products with ingredients that are not available in India. I was impressed by Utama Spice product range. (Also, they had recently added lot of exciting products which were not there when I went to the store in August). In the end, I choose two products that I could not miss. I also wanted to pick the serum, but later I found that it is suitable only for dry skin. (I also had to restrict myself as I already had purchased a lot from other brands)

While we were planning our Bali trip, the second thing that was to be booked (after air tickets) was a place to stay. As we were reaching after 10 in the night and also during the holiday season, we had to book it in advance. While there were numerous hotels, I was not quite confident with the choices that were provided. One day, I tried AirBnB, and I was in awe.
- The selections were great
- The prices were good (far lower than hotels with lot more privacy and facilities)
- Numerous filters to help your select the best like location and amenities (always check on Superhost)
- Reviews by the guests to understand how they are doing and where they fall short
I wanted a place with a pool that is near Seminyak. I wanted to avoid Kuta. So, we booked our stay at Villa Cosmopolitan. Why book a hotel room in Bali when you can live in a Villa?

I wanted to do a post on AirAsia because I personally had few questions in my mind. Unfortunately, I was not able to get answers to my queries online. So, I was mentally documenting this post from the very beginning. I hope this helps someone who has an equally confused mind like mine.
- The sole reason I said no to the comfort of better airlines and booked AirAsia is the price. In my opinion, it is okay to splurge at times on travel, but I like to spend more on shopping. Yes, all money saved on flight tickets went into my Duty-Free Shopping and on Bali's Local Brands :P
- But, I will never suggest AirAsia for long haul flights. That can turn disastrous.
Lowest Price Airlines in South-East Asia:
- Offers are going on all the time. Plan accordingly and you can book flights almost at 50% rate that other websites are offering.
- Whenever they are starting new routes, the airfare becomes dirt cheap. Be flexible. Try to travel to new places which might have never come to your mind. You might end up discovering a perfect place. Once my colleagues got flight tickets to Bangkok for Rs 5000! Not kidding.
- Be prepared to travel via Kuala Lumpur which might increase your travel time. Be aware of your layover time. Because of some misunderstanding, while booking, we had 12 hours layover! Twelve!!

Sunday Morning. Deep in my sweet slumber. Shaking off all my tiredness from back to back travels and office work. Call comes from the reception desk that someone is to meet me, and I replied, "Please send him. He is my husband!!"
Lovely surprise but with him around I was not ready to spend the day in my hotel room. So, we decided to visit Daman which is just a few kilometers from here.

In case you are not aware, Simple is a skincare brand which specializes in skincare for sensitive skin. Simple products which are free of colorants, non-fragrance, with added vitamins. They are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and pH balanced.
I have been dreaming about using them from the very first time I got to know about Simple Skincare products. Drugstore products for sensitive skin which is sold by mass retailers? That truly is the dream, babe. I do not even remember which products I wanted to buy, but I have never seen a bad review so, I was sure that I will buy everything when I find them somewhere.
20th Aug ‘16: I found everything. Almost everything at the Caring Pharmacy at KLIA2. I picked all of them. Later, I switched three of the products with the travel size trio. Happy at as a clam at high tide. There are 18 products in Simple Skincare's portfolio, and I was going to use 7 of those.

La Roche Posay Effaclar Astringent Micro-Exfoliant Lotion in India
Well, La Roche Posay Effaclar Astringent Micro-Exfoliant Lotion was available in India. But, it was through a different channel. Now, La Roche Posay India has officially included it in their brochure.
Luckily, there is no hike in price. It is still Rs 1190 for 200ml. Cheers to that.

Clean & Clear NATURAL BRIGHT Face Wash with Rose Water and Honey
You know how much I love the Clean & Clear foaming face and how it helped me fight off skin infections when I was in studying college. If not, please read my previous review of the original Clean & Clear foaming face wash.
I never thought the classic face wash could even get better. But, Clean & Clear got me wrong. They added two of my favorite natural ingredients in the face wash - Rose Water and Honey. Did you noticed that rose on the bottle? This is just perfect. But, does it gets better or it just a random product whose glory will fade away?
