|Giorgio Armani Si Eau De Parfum Review|
Back in November, I participated in the Grazia Beauty Box contest. Thanks to your love, I won. When I received the hamper few days back, I was in the state of mind when I decided that no new perfume is coming in my life (because few of the old ones I have started to degenerate and it breaks my heart). So, my initial thought was to gift all the perfumes to my family members. But, something about the pure peach, white box attracted me. I peeled off the plastic wrapper, opened the box, popped out the simple yet enchanting glass bottle, and applied it on my wrist and…
Price – Rs 5500 for 50ml & Rs 8000 for 100ml
Packaging – Luxurious and fuss free. Think thick glass bottle with a black cap.
Fragrance - Giorgio Armani Si opens with a light and sweet fruity and then the vanilla character start to show. The sultry mild spicy character of the perfume starts to show with the finesse of flowers. The scent is elegant throughout because the fresh green feel to it. Graceful patchouli, amber, and sandalwood peeps at times.
Better suited as an evening perfume but I am using it every day now. I have received compliments for this all the time from fragrance enthusiasts.
Silage – Moderate to high. Swings in between.
Longevity – Lasts entire day. My nose starts to stop recognizing it after 2 hours. But, I can smell it on my clothes even the next day!
Overall – Bless my senses which attracted me to the simple packaging. Else, it would have been making somebody’s dresser prettier instead of mine. The fragrance has its character and yet not too complex, last longs but not heavy, have high silage but not headache inducing. There is nothing not to love. Trust me, ladies, you need to put this on your wish list if designer perfumes are your thing. Also, (a hint to clueless boys), this can be a great Valentine’s Day gift for a modern sophisticated woman.
Only complain - Overpriced :(
