Green Camouflage Nail Art Without Tools Tutorial // Revlon Bonsai and Forest Green, Bourjois 23 and Rimmel Pro Super Wear Ultra Shine Top Coat
I wanted to do a simple swatch and review post for Revlon Colorstay Bonsai but one thing led to another and this happened. I know this is not exactly what a person from Army will wear because the green from the Revlon Bonsai is extremely attention seeking!
Here are all the colors that were used -
Revlon Bonsai Colorstay Nail Polish
Bourjois 10 Days No Chips 23
Revlon Forest Green
Rimmel Pro Super Wear Ultra Shine Top Coat
- Colors used.
- 2 coats of Revlon Bonsai Colorstay Nail Polish.
- Some free hand moves with Bourjois 10 Days No Chips 23. I didn't use any brushes or dotting tool for this. Shake off extra nail polish from the brush of the polish bottle and use it.
- Repeat 3 with Revlon Forest Green
- Apply a top coat of Rimmel Pro Super Wear Ultra Shine Top Coat. I have just started using this so I do not have any definite opinion about this one
Bonsai is bright spring green with yellow gold shimmer. Something about this is really unique and cannot be expressed. Lucky that I discovered it. Thought the shine starts to fade from day 2 and the tip starts to fade from day 4, the color makes up for the loss. I will always wear it wear a top coat to make it last longer.
The formula is thin but packed with pigments. Even for a shimmery shade, two coats is all you need. Personally, I will suggest that you stick to one coat as it takes way too much time to dry when you apply two coats. The formula is thin and yet it takes time to dry - go figure!
But, since the formula is thin, there are no streaks. The brush is also broad which helps in giving a better finish. I wish they had more shades in India.
Price - Rs 350 for 11.7ml
Did you like this nail art along with Swatch post or do you wish to see the swatch and nail art separately?
BTW, this is one of the easiest nail art that you can do without tools and the clumsier hands you have - the better art you get! Please let me know if you try this one.
